Methodology, CorVu consultants work closely with the client’s
personnel to deliver a program of services.

Discovery
To discover the client’s business requirements and understand the client’s technical environment, CorVu consultants can review existing documentation, interview client personnel, and analyze existing data resources.
Installation & Integration
CorVu software will be installed and integrated with appropriate
databases, web infrastructure, security systems, mail systems
or other systems as required.
Design & Customization
CorVu consultants will work with the customer’s personnel to design and customize the solution using the CorVu software.
Testing & Deployment
CorVu consultants will work with the customer’s personnel to test the system end-to-end prior to deploying the solution into the business.
Technical Skills Transfer
Using a customized plan and an appropriate mix of structured training courses, practical experience, mentoring and technical support, CorVu consultants will work with the customer’s designated technical personnel to achieve the required level of self-sufficiency.
Business User Support
Business Users can be supported in a number of ways according
to their needs. This can include structured training courses
and train-the-trainer approaches, as required.
Project Management
Throughout the project, CorVu consultants manage the process,
establishing clear project objectives, ensuring effective
communication, ensuring appropriate resources, and managing
all issues, changes and potential risks.
